If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your melissapi piece, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect your garment, we will issue a refund for the product amount. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, the garment must be:

• unworn and unwashed
• in perfect condition
• free from stains, perfume, or signs of wear
• with all original tags still attached
• returned in its original or secure packaging

Handmade pieces must be handled carefully — any returns not meeting these conditions cannot be accepted.
